HW Hypersensitive Hall Element ICs

Asahi Kasei Microdevices HW Hypersensitive Hall Element ICs are InSb (Ultra High Sensitivity) hall elements with an output voltage between 274mV and 370mV. These ultra-high-sensitivity hall elements instantly detect changes in a magnetic field. These devices achieve stable temperature characteristics in a constant voltage drive use case rather than a constant current drive. The Asahi Kasei Microdevices HW Hypersensitive Hall Element ICs are composed of Indium antimonide (InSb) material. Typical applications include DC brushless motors and closed-loop current sensors.
