PWR221-T-30 Power Resistors

Bourns PWR221-T-30 Power Resistors are a TO-220 style power resistor made using thick film on alumina ceramic technology. With a high power rating (30W), these devices offer low inductance (0.1µH maximum) and are AEC-Q200 and RoHS compliant. Bourns PWR221-T-30 Power Resistors are used in current limiting, capacitor discharge, or current measurement circuits in power supplies for telecom and industrial applications, as well as motor drives, test and measurement, and rectifiers.

Bourns PWR221T-30 Power Resistors feature low inductance, high power rating, and a ceramic backplane. PWR221T-30 Power Resistors are TO-220 style power resistors made using thick film on alumina ceramic technology. Bourns PWR221T-30 Power Resistors are used in current limiting, capacitor discharge, or current measurement circuits in power supplies for telecom and industrial applications.

EV Applications

The high-power resistors are available in surface mounted TO-163 and TO-263 (DPAK and D2PAK) and radial leaded through-hole TO-220 and TO-247 packages. These compact packages are used as a standard and offer space saving to thermal and mounting devices. Features include a high power rating, low inductance, and resistors when the heatsink is mounted. Bourns High-Power Resistors are ideal for test and measurement, power supplies, motor drives, rectifiers, capacitor discharging, snubber circuits, current limiting, and heater.
