These convection-cooled power supplies are designed using GaN power technology and provide a high power density of 17.20W/in3 and high efficiency of up to 92%. Bel Power Solutions HDP65 and MDP65 AC-DC Power Supplies offer output power up to 65W, RoHS compliance, and Nemko and UL safety approvals. The HDP65 series meets IEC 62368 safety standards and is ideal for industrial applications. The MDP65 series meets IEC 60601 safety standards and 2 x MOPP, making it ideal for medical applications, including body floating (BF).

This CUI Inc internal AC-DC power supply is 60601-certified and features 5V standby and 12V fan outputs. This rugged unit is ideal for medical applications and provides 200W output power with natural convection and 280W with forced air cooling.
