RF Magnetics

Coilcraft RF Magnetics are a broad range of high-performance, surface-mount RF Magnetic components. These RF Magnetics include high-Q/tight-tolerance ceramic-core and high-inductance ferrite-core chip inductors as small as 0201 (0603) size; ultra-high Q, high current, non-magnetic air core inductors; bias/broadband inductors and chokes; broadband RF transformers; and RFID transponder coils. Coilcraft also offers fixed and tunable through-hole inductors. The components range in inductance from 500pH to 14.8mH with maximum DC currents from 30mA to 13.4A.

0603 Ceramic Chip Inductors

Coilcraft 0603 Ceramic Chip Inductors feature inductance values from 1nH to 390nH with exceptionally high Q of up to 95 at 1.7GHz. These devices have high self-resonant frequency (SRF) values and low DC resistance (DCR). Coilcraft 0603 Ceramic Chip Inductors are halogen free and RoHS and REACH compliant. The 0603CS series is also AEC-Q200 Grade 1 (-40°C to +125°C).

SM Ceramic Core Inductors

Coilcraft SM Ceramic Core Inductors are available in sizes as small as 0201 (0603) and inductance values ranging from 0.5 to 33,000nH. Coilcraft ceramic-core chip inductors offer exceptionally high SRFs, high Q and tight inductance tolerances – many as tight as 1% with just a small premium.
