ES3xB-HF SMD Superfast Recovery Rectifiers

Comchip Technology ES3xB-HF SMD Superfast Recovery Rectifiers incorporate a glass passivated chip junction. These rectifiers provide superfast reverse recovery time and a 50V to 600V maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) range. The ES3xB-HF rectifiers offer 3A maximum average forward rectified current (IF(AV)) and are available in a low-profile package. The rectifiers are suitable for surface-mounted applications.
