General-Purpose Phototransistor Photocouplers

LITEON General-Purpose Phototransistor Photocouplers are designed to provide reliable optical isolation and signal transmission in a wide range of electronic applications. These LITEON devices feature a phototransistor output that enables effective switching and signal coupling between input and output circuits while maintaining electrical isolation of up to 5000VRMS.
