With a 1500W peak pulse power capability at 10µs x 1000µs waveform, the SMCJ TVS 1500W Diodes typically have a fast response time of less than 1.0ps from 0V to VBR minimum. They are ideal for the protection of I/O interfaces, VCC bus, and other vulnerable circuits used in telecom, computer, industrial, and consumer electronic applications.
