Lightning strikes, inductive load switching, and ESD cause electrical over-stresses associated with the transmission on data lines and electronic circuits. With a 1500W peak pulse power capability at 10µs x 1000µs waveform, the SMCJ TVS 1500W Diodes typically have a fast response time of less than 1.0ps from 0V to VBR minimum.
