CHO-STRAP® Electrically Insulated Ground Straps

Parker Chomerics CHO-STRAP® Electrically Insulated Ground Straps are flexible, double-insulated laminates of copper on the inside and polyester film on the outside, featuring punched and tinned ends to facilitate termination. These grounding straps provide low-impedance ground paths, minimizing radiated electromagnetic interference (EMI) caused by ordinary wire grounds. The series is designed to be more cost-effective than braided ground straps. Parker Chomerics CHO-STRAP Electrically Insulated Ground Straps are ideal for applications requiring board-to-chassis or chassis-to-cabinet grounding. Application examples include grounding a CRT driver board to a chassis, grounding one sub-chassis to another, grounding a sub-chassis to a main chassis ground, and grounding cabinet panels to a chassis ground.
