Synergy™ S124 Microcontrollers

Renesas Electronics Synergy™ S124 Microcontrollers are low-power MCUs based on a 32MHz Arm® Cortex®-M0+ core, ideal for simple battery-operated sensing applications that require low-power operation modes and fast wake-up times. Renesas S124 MCUs feature 128KB of flash memory and 16KB of SRAM. These devices also integrate a 14-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC), 12-bit digital-to-analog converter (DAC), and a capacitive touch sensing Unit, in addition to safety and security features.
