High Power Thin Film Resistors

Stackpole Electronics High Power Thin Film Resistors are constructed with an inner termination engineered to deter sulfur contamination. This Stackpole resistor lineup includes the RNCP and RNAN series. The RNCP resistors provide higher power ratings than standard thick film chips with up to 1W maximum power, 50V to 200V maximum working voltage range, and a 100V to 400V maximum overload voltage range. The RNAN resistors are AEC-Q200 compliant and are constructed with thin film technology on an aluminum nitride substrate. The RNAN series offers up to 6W maximum power, 75V or 100V maximum working voltage, and a 150V or 200V maximum overload voltage. Both the RNCP and RNAN thin film resistors are available in a wide range of sizes, from 0603 to 2512.
