ESDARF02 Bidirectional ESD Protection Diodes

STMicroelectronics ESDARF02 Single-Line Bidirectional ESD Protection Diodes protect highspeed data lines or other I/O ports against ESD transients. These bidirectional devices have an extra low 0.24pF diode capacitance and low leakage current. The STMicroelectronics ESDARF02 is ideal for applications where extra low line capacitance and board space saving are required.
