TSB621 Low Power Operational Amplifier

STMicroelectronics TSB621 Low Power Operational Amplifier is a general-purpose dual-operational amplifier with an extended operating supply voltage range (2.7V to 36V) and rail-to-rail output. TSB621 offers an excellent speed/power consumption ratio with a 1.7MHz gain bandwidth while consuming less than 375μA per operator at 36V supply. Operating from -40°C to +125°C, the SOT23-5 packaged TSB621 amplifier is suitable for applications with limited space on the board. Typical applications include industrial, power supplies, and automotive.
