Grove System

Seeed Studio Grove System is a modular, standardized connector prototyping ecosystem. The Grove System takes a building block approach to assembling electronics. Compared to the jumper or solder based system, it is easier to connect devices to an application, simplifying the learning system. The Base Unit, generally a microprocessor, allows for easy connection of any input or output from the Grove Modules. Seeed Studio Grove Sensors are part of the Grove system of modulated, ready-to-use tools. Seeed Studio Grove sensors consist of a base shield and various modules with standardized connectors. The base shield allows for easy connection of any microprocessor input or output from the Grove modules. Every Grove module addresses a single function, such as a simple button or a more complex heart rate sensor. Each sensor module comes with clear documentation and demo code to help users get started quickly.

Grove Inventor Kit for micro:bit

Seeed Studio Grove Inventor Kit for micro:bit brings endless possibilities to the micro:bit pocket-sized computer. The BBC micro:bit can be used without much electrical and coding knowledge. Seeed Studio Grove Inventor Kit does not require soldering or jump wires so prototyping is easier and more convenient. This kit includes the core board, Grove shield for micro:bit, which is compatible with several Grove modules. This kit also contains eight Grove modules to get started with micro:bit. Twelve projects are available for the kit to use as a step-by-step instruction manual. The necessary libraries (packages) can be downloaded for free.
