These devices offer planar technology, low power loss, high efficiency, and are ideal for automated placement. Taiwan Semiconductors PU1 Ultra-Fast Surface Mount Rectifiers have a forward current (IF) of 1A and are available in SMA-2, SOD-123HE, SOD-123W, SOD-128, or DO-214AC (SMA) package styles. These devices are ideal for high-frequency switching, DC/DC, and snubber applications.
