Texas Instruments SN74AHCT373/SN74AHCT373-Q1 D-Type Latches are octal transparent with 3-state outputs and eight D-type latches. These latches operate at a 4.5V to 5.5V supply voltage range, 2V high-level input voltage, and 0.8V low-level input voltage. All channels share a Latch Enable (LE) input and an Output Enable (OE) input. The SN74AHCT373-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications. Typical applications include parallel data storage and a digital bus buffer.
