LMH9235 RF Gain Block Amplifier

Texas Instruments LMH9235 RF Gain Block Amplifier is a high-performance, single-channel, single-ended input to differential output receive RF gain block amplifier supporting a 3.6GHz center frequency band. The device is well suited to support requirements for the next generation 5G AAS or small cell applications where LNA gain is insufficient to drive the full-scale of an analog front-end (AFE). The RF amplifier provides a typical 17dB gain with a good linearity performance of 34dBm Output IP3 while maintaining about a 3dB noise figure across the 1dB bandwidth. The Texas Instruments LMH9235 is internally matched for 50Ω impedance at both the single-ended input and the differential output, providing an easy interface with an RF-sampling or Zero-IF analog front-end (AFE).
