TMUX136 Dual SPDT Analog Switches

Texas Instruments TMUX136 Dual SPDT, Low-Capacitance, 6.1GHz Analog Switches achieves high performance in a 2:1 switch that supports both differential and single ended signals. The TMUX136 switch supports a power-off protection feature forcing all I/O pins to be in high-impedance mode when power is not present on the VCC pin, and also offers a wide VCC range of 2.3V to 4.8V. Select pins are directly interfaced with the General-Purpose I/O (GPIO) from low voltage processors and is compatible with 1.8V control voltage. The small package size of the TMUX136 is 10-pin UQFN package with only 1.5mm × 2mm, making it ideal for limited PCB area.
