NCP164 LDO Regulators

onsemi NCP164 LDO Regulators are 300mA Low Drop Out (LDO), next-generation high PSRR, and ultra-low noise regulators with power good open collector input. These regulators provide low quiescent current and are designed to meet the RF requirements and sensitive analog circuits. The NCP164 LDO regulators offer excellent load/line transients and are designed to work with 1μF input and a 1μF output ceramic capacitor. These NCP164 regulators come in TSOP-5, WDFN6, 0.65P, 2mm × 2mm, and DFNW8 0.65P, 3mm × 3mm package. Typical applications include communication systems, in-vehicle networking, telematics, infotainment, clusters, and general-purpose automotive.

Energy Storage Solutions

onsemi Energy Storage Systems (ESS) store electricity from various power sources, like coal, nuclear, wind, and solar, in different forms, including batteries (electrochemical), compressed air (mechanical), and molten salt (thermal). This solution focuses on battery energy storage systems connected to solar inverter systems.
