Advanced Thermal Solutions (ATS) Dual-Sided, High-Flow Cold Plates allow components to be mounted on both sides, increasing cooling performance and adaptability. Each cold plate features etched no-drill zones on both sides, giving a visual guide for various mounting schemes. The component cooling area can be drilled to only 7mm deep to avoid damaging the internal fluid channels. Features include innovative technology that allows superior heat transfer with a flexible design platform and easy connection due to the industry-standard threaded hole sizes. These cold plates from ATS are suitable for high-flow applications where coolant flows up to 4GPM are accommodated.Features
