Banner Engineering R95C 8-Port Modbus Hubs
Banner Engineering R95C 8-Port Modbus Hubs are designed to efficiently gather large amounts of discrete or analog data from sensors, consolidate it, and send it to a control system. The hubs enable the consolidation of up to eight cables, minimizing installation time and wiring between sensors and the control panel. Mounting near the sensors on a machine also decreases or eliminates the need for I/O cards in programmable logic controllers (PLCs). The R95C-8UI-MQ is an analog-to-Modbus hub that consolidates up to eight 0VDC to 10VDC or 4mA to 20mA analog signal inputs, then sends them via Modbus back to a PLC, HMI, SCADA system, or cloud platform. The R95C-8B21-MQ is a discrete bimodal-to-Modbus hub that converts signal inputs and outputs and can function as a smart logic device, storing valuable sensor data directly on the hub. The R95C-4B4UI-MQ is a compact Modbus® device converter with the ability to send 4 ports of discrete input and 4 ports of analog input data (voltage or current).Banner Engineering R95C 8-Port Modbus Hubs feature a slim, compact form factor that is stackable and IP67- and IP68-rated for installation in challenging industrial environments. The side ports on the module enable cable routing without sharp bends, reducing cable damage and maintenance requirements.
