Tantalum Capacitors

Vishay Tantalum Capacitors feature tantalum powder that is used in capacitors to allow for a very thin dielectric layer, providing high capacitance values in smaller case sizes. Vishay Tantalum Capacitors offer surface-mount and through-hole tantalum capacitors for use in automotive, military, portable consumer, medical, and many other applications.

Wet Tantalum Capacitors

Vishay / Sprague Wet Tantalum Capacitors feature a broad capacitance range of 10μF to 22,000μF and working voltages of 6.3VDC to 125VDC at +85°C. These capacitors are available in high temperature (+200°C) or MIL-SPEC variants such as DLA 10004, DLA 15005, DLA 93026, and M39006/09/21 (CLR65 / CLR69). Termination options include axial, radial, and SMD/SMT. Vishay / Sprague Wet Tantalum Capacitors are ideal for a wide variety of applications, including energy storage, industrial, avionics / military / aerospace, petroleum exploration, high temperature, and high stress environments.

134D Wet Tantalum HI-TMP® Capacitors

Vishay / Sprague 134D Wet Tantalum HI-TMP® Capacitors are high-temperature, high-capacitance capacitors that come with a glass-to-tantalum hermetically sealed for -55°C to 200°C operation range. These capacitors feature high capacitance tolerance at 120Hz, +25°C; ±20% standard; ±10%. The 134D wet tantalum capacitors are capable of withstanding a minimum 500h life test at +200°C temperature under the applicable derated DC working voltage. These capacitors are RoHS compliant and available in axial through-hole terminations. Typical applications include industrial, petroleum exploration, and high-temperature/high-stress environments.

High-Temperature Products
