ALO Series Automotive EV Fuses

Schurter ALO Series Automotive EV Fuses are high-performance, high‑voltage, and high‑current EV fuses that are designed for electric and hybrid vehicle power electronics. These compact fuses are available in two main housing constructions, including ceramic tube and resin-filled tube. The ceramic versions provide enhanced thermal and mechanical robustness, while resin types support compact designs and cost‑optimized solutions. The ALO EV fuses feature high safety and reliability, as well as mechanical vibration and shock resistance. These ALO fuses are specifically developed for high-voltage electric vehicle applications and cover voltages up to 1000VDC and currents up to 900A. Typical applications for the ALO series include Power Distribution Unit (PDUs), Battery Disconnect Units (BDUs), all-in-one controllers, 2-in-1 electric drives, and Battery Management Systems (BMS).
