AP62150 Synchronous Buck Converter

Diodes Incorporated AP62150 Synchronous Buck Converter fully integrates a 90mΩ high-side power MOSFET and a 65mΩ low-side power MOSFET to provide high-efficiency step-down DC-DC conversion. The 1.5A AP62150 synchronous buck converter features a wide input voltage range of 4.2V to 18V and an output voltage range of 0.8V to 7V.

Diodes Incorporated DC/DC Buck Converters offer high efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and design flexibility housed within compact designs. These converters feature special gate drive design, best-In-class EMI performance, low external component counts, wide input voltages, Constant On-Time (COT) control, and internal proprietary circuits. The DC/DC converters provide rich protection features including hiccup mode Short-Circuit Protection (SCP), Under-Voltage Lock-Out (UVLO), Over-Temperature Protection (OTP), and Over-Current Protection (OCP).
