VEMD Large PIN Photodiodes

Vishay Semiconductors VEMD Large PIN Photodiodes include visible, near-infrared, visible/near-infrared, and enhanced visible options. The devices feature a 7.5mm² radiant sensitive area, high photosensitivity, and excellent photocurrent linearity. The Vishay VEMD Large PIN Photodiodes are AEC-Q101 qualified for automotive applications. The photodiodes are available in a 5mm x 4mm x 0.9mm package.

Optical Sensors

Vishay Optical Sensor portfolio includes reflective, transmissive, and ambient light sensors. These feature either analog or digital output. They are used in consumer, computing, industrial, and automotive applications.
