VIPower M0-9 technology with 40V trench vertical MOSFETs offers smarter devices able to handle and monitor the increased quantity of data required for increasingly complex advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS). This technology includes autonomous driving requirements. These devices combine an efficient 40V trench vertical MOSFET with 3.3V digital logic and high-precision analog circuitry.
