Littelfuse CPC3981Z is a robust MOSFET ideal for solid-state relays in power, industrial, and telecommunications applications. Littelfuse CPC3981Z N-Channel MOSFET comes in a SOT-223-2L package and features high input impedance and a -55°C to +150°C ambient operating temperature range.
