Qorvo QPA1315 15.4-17.7GHz 35-Watt GaN Power Amplifier is designed for Ku-K band applications and built using 0.15um GaN on SiC process (QGaN15). The Qorvo QPA1315 amplifier offers outstanding performance within the 15.4-17.7GHz frequency range. The device has an impressive 35W of saturated output power and a substantial 21dB of large signal gain. The QPA1315 delivers a power-added efficiency of 20%. The device has a compact 10-lead 15mm x 15mm bolt-down package featuring a Cu base for superior thermal management to ensure optimal heat dissipation.
