QPF4730 Wi-Fi® 6E Low Power Front End Module

Qorvo QPF4730 6GHz Wi-Fi® 6E Front End Module (FEM) is optimised for IEEE 802.11ax systems. The QPF4730 integrates a 5GHz to 7GHz power amplifier (PA), a single-pole two-throw switch (SP2T) and a bypassable low noise amplifier (LNA) into a single device. The small form factor and integrated matching of the QPF4730 minimises the layout area in the design. Performance is focused on optimising the PA for a 3.3V supply voltage that conserves power consumption while maintaining the highest linear output power and leading-edge throughput. This is done across a wide bandwidth, enabling operation in all channels from UNII5-8 (5.1GHz to 7.1GHz) on the fly without the need for any logic switching.
