TLV354x CMOS Operational Amplifiers

Texas Instruments TLV354x CMOS Operational Amplifiers are single-, dual-, and quad-channel, low-power, high-speed, unity-gain-stable, rail-to-rail input/output operational amplifiers. These op amps are designed for video and other applications that require wide bandwidth. The devices consume only 6.5mA (maximum) of supply current and feature 200MHz gain-bandwidth. The TLV354x also have a 150V/μs slew rate, and a low 7.5nV/√Hz of input noise at f = 1MHz. The combination of high bandwidth, high slew rate, and low noise make the TLV354x family suitable for low-voltage, high-speed signal conditioning systems.

TLV3544-Q1 High-Speed Operational Amplifiers

Texas Instruments TLV3544-Q1 High-Speed Operational Amplifiers (Op Amps) are designed for video and other applications requiring wide bandwidth. This op amp is unity-gain stable and can drive large output currents. The differential gain is 0.02% and the differential phase is 0.09°. The quiescent current is only 4.9mA per channel. The Texas Instruments TLV3544-Q1 quad-channel op amp is optimized for operation on single or dual supplies as low as 2.5V (±1.25V) and up to 5.5V (±2.75V). Common-mode input range extends beyond the supplies. The output swing is within 100mV of the rails, supporting a wide dynamic range.
