These power amplifiers are designed for FDD 3G/4G LTE small cell base stations. The SKY6618x-11 linear power amplifiers require minimal external components and support all 3GPP bands. These power amplifiers feature an active biasing circuitry that compensates the power amplifier performance over temperature, voltage, and process variation.

SKY66x-11 Linear Power Amplifiers

Skyworks SKY66x-11 Linear Power Amplifiers have fully matched amplifiers for WCDMA or 3G/4G LTE applications. These include SKY660x-11 and SKY6618x-11 linear power amplifiers. The SKY660x-11 power amplifiers meet the stringent spectral linearity requirements of WCDMA femtocell applications with high power-added efficiency. The SKY6618x-11 linear power amplifiers require minimal external components and support all 3GPP bands.
