SMARC Heat Sinks

iWave Global SMARC Heat Sinks are designed for SMARC i.MX8M, i.MX8 QM and SD820 modules. The 82mm x 42mm heat sinks are made of aluminum and use a silicone elastomer thermal gap pad between the CPU and the heat sink. The SMARC Heat Sinks are lightweight and rugged and intended to be easily attached to iWave’s Qseven system on modules.

iW-RainboW-G61M System-on-Module (SoM)

iWave Global iW-RainboW-G61M System-on-Module (SoM) is designed according to SMARC specification v2.1.1 and integrates NXP Semiconductors' i.MX 95 offerings. The iW-RainboW-G61M includes six Arm® Cortex®-A55 cores that operate up to 1.8GHz, one Arm Cortex-M33, one Arm Cortex-M7, a neural processing unit (NPU) with up to 2.0 TOP/s and IEEE 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax Wi-Fi® + BLUETOOTH® 5.3 module. This module features an 82mm x 50mm form factor and compliance with REACH and RoHS3 requirements. iWave Global iW-RainboW-G61M SoM is ideally suited for applications focusing on machine learning (ML), NPU and vision systems, advanced multimedia, and industrial automation with high reliability.
