The leadless DFN package features sidewettable flanks suitable for Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI), making these rectifiers ideal for automated replacement. These devices are available with maximum average forward current [I_F(AV)] choices of 5A, 8A, 10A, or 12A. Each device is available with maximum repetitive reverse voltage (V_RRM) versions of 200V, 400V, or 600V.
