TNPV e3 Resistors

Vishay TNPV e3 Resistors are AEC-Q200 qualified and available in 0805, 1206, and 1210 package sizes. These precision thin-film, flat chip resistors are ideal for most fields of modern electronics that require high reliability and stability at high operating voltages. The series features a high operating voltage Umax. of up to 1000V with TCR down to ±10ppm/K and tolerance as low as ±0.1%. Vishay TNPV e3 Resistors offer excellent overall stability at different environmental conditions ≤0.05% (1000h rated power at 70°C). Typical applications include industrial and automotive inverters, voltage measurement systems as implemented in battery management systems, and test and measuring equipment.
