FRDM-GD3100 Evaluation Boards

NXP Semiconductors FRDM-GD3100 Evaluation Boards come with two MC33GD3100 single-channel IGBT gate drive devices for operation in the half-bridge mode. The FRDM-GD3100 boards replicate the single phase of three-phase motor drivers. These boards incorporate the Freedom KL25Z MCU hardware for interfacing the PC with SPIGen software to the SPI-programmable registers on the MC33GD3100. The FRDM-GD3100 boards are available in two versions, the FRDM-GD3100EVM and FRDMGD3100HBIEVM. The FRDM-GD3100EVM is designed for half-bridge evaluations of Fuji M653 or M6+ IGBT modules. The FRDMGD3100HBIEVM is meant for half-bridge evaluations of the Infineon Hybrid PACK drive IGBT module. These evaluation boards include a translator board.
