TC7SB6xCFU Digital Bus Switch ICs

Toshiba TC7SB6xCFU Digital Bus Switch ICs are low ON-resistance, high-speed CMOS 2-bit bus switches that are designed to allow connections or disconnections with minimal propagation delay while maintaining low power dissipation. All inputs are equipped with protector circuits to protect the device from static discharge. The TC7SB66C requires the designer to set the output enable (OE) input low to place the output into the high impedance state. Consisting of P-MOS and N-MOS structure, TC7SB6xCFU Digital Bus Switch IC is suitable for analog signal transmission.
