PI3A27518 High-Bandwidth Mux/DeMux

Diodes Incorporated PI3A27518 High-Bandwidth Multiplexer/Demultiplexer is a 6-channel device. This device operates from 1.65V to 3.6V wide voltage range (VDD), 5Ω low on-resistance at 3.3V, -40°C to 85°C temperature range, and very low power consumption. The PI3A27518 features 380MHz signal passing bandwidth, rail-to-rail signal range, -60dB crosstalk rejection that reduces signal distortion at 10MHz, and break-before-make switching. This device is used in applications such as SD-SDIO and MMC two-port MUX, Quad Serial Peripheral Interface (qSPI) two-port MUX, and audio/video signal routing.
