Harsh Environment USB 3.0 Connection System
Amphenol Socapex USB 3.0 Connection System provides the ideal solution for data transfer in harsh or demanding environments. The USB 3.0 field bus has the same form and fit as the standard USB 2.0 but will reach 10x the speeds transmitting data at up to 5Gb/s. This system is sealed against fluids and dust (IP68) and offers improved EMI protection. It also resists shock, vibration, and traction. The metallic plug is connected into a receptacle, using a tri-start thread coupling mechanism (MIL-DTL-38999 series III type) with an anti-decoupling device for high vibration applications.
