This reference design board is well-suited for single gate drive supply voltages as low as 4V and dual gate supply voltages as high as 20V/-5V with no maximum duty cycle limitations. The R-REF01-HB board is optimized for very high switching speed and offers 2.5kV continuous input to output isolation.
