EV1HMC219BMS8G Eval Board for HMC219B MMIC Mixer

Analog Devices Inc. EV1HMC219BMS8G Evaluation Board evaluates the performance of the ultra-miniature HMC219B GaAs, MMIC Fundamental Mixers operating from 2.5GHz to 7GHz. Developed using RF circuit design techniques, the board provides a sufficient number of via holes to connect the top and bottom ground planes. Signal lines with 50Ω impedance connect the package ground leads and exposed pad directly to the ground plane. Analog Devices EV1HMC219BMS8G Evaluation Board features the HMC219B mixer and SMA RF connectors on a Rogers 4350 evaluation PCB.
