At its core is the RZ/V2N processor, complemented by the RAA215300A2GNP#HA2 PMIC for power management and a 5L35023B clock generator for precise timing. This Renesas kit is equipped with 8GB of LPDDR4X memory, ensuring ample processing power for demanding AI tasks, and 64MB of xSPI Flash memory for fast storage. External storage options include a microSD slot, an exclusive choice microSD slot, or a 64GB eMMC external memory for flexible data storage.
