MGM240S Modules

Silicon Labs MGM240S Modules are housed in a small form factor system-in-package (SiP) and are optimized for battery-powered IoT devices. The Silicon Labs modules are based on the Series 2 EFR32MG24 SoC. The device enables 802.15.4 (Zigbee®, OpenThread®) and BLUETOOTH® Low Energy connectivity. The modules deliver excellent RF performance and energy efficiency, Secure Vault®, and an AI/ML hardware accelerator.
