CY2 50Ω SMD MMIC Frequency Multiplier

Mini-Circuits CY2 50Ω SMD MMIC Frequency Multiplier is an ultra-wideband MMIC frequency doubler, converting input frequencies from 2GHz to 7GHz into output frequencies from 4GHz to 14GHz. A wide output range makes this component suitable for broadband systems and a wide variety of narrowband applications. Utilizing GaAs HBT technology, the CY2 multiplier comes housed in a tiny 4mm x 4mm x 1mm MCLP package and offers excellent repeatability, low inductance, and good thermal efficiency.
