Vishay TNPR e3 20GHz Thin Film Chip Resistors offer an operating frequency range of up to 20GHz, a 0201 imperial size, and 50Ω impedance. These resistors feature excellent overall stability in different environmental conditions and advanced sulfur resistance according to ASTM B 809 standards. TNPR e3 resistors offer tolerance ratings of ±0.5% and ±1% and an operating temperature range of -55°C to +155°C. Vishay TNPR e3 20GHz Thin Film Chip Resistors are suitable for RF circuits where reduced parasitic impedance and the highest reliability and stability are critical, including medical equipment, industrial, and test and measurement equipment.
