Microchip Technology PIC32CM Lx Ultra-Low Power Microcontrollers are 32-bit MCUs based on an Arm® Cortex®-M23 core. The PIC32CM Lx MCUs integrate innovative features to solve challenges in the IoT, consumer, industrial, and medical markets. These MCUs offer superior touch, security, and smart analog integration in one ultra-low power device. The PIC32CM Lx MCUs operate at up to 48MHz with memory configurations of up to 512KB Flash and 64KB SRAM.
