ROHM Semiconductor ML62Q CMOS 16-bit RISC Microcontrollers (MCUs) are high-performance devices with a RISC U16 Core. Rich peripheral circuits are incorporated like a 10-bit A/D converter, timer, PWM, synchronous serial port, UART, and I2C bus interface.
