IPS160HF & IPS161HF 1-Channel High-Side Switches

STMicroelectronics IPS160HF and IPS161HF 1-Channel High-Side Switches can drive capacitive, resistive, or inductive loads with one side connected to ground. The IPS160HF offers an output current of 2.4A, while the IPS161HF provides 0.6A of output current.
