ZXTR Voltage Regulators

Diodes Incorporated ZXTR Voltage Regulators are designed for use in high-voltage applications where standard linear regulators cannot be used. This function is fully integrated into either a TO252, SOT23, SOT89, or PowerDI5 package. This minimizes the PCB area and reduces the number of components compared to a multi-chip discrete solution. Diodes Incorporated ZXTR devices are ideal for input rails, networking, telecom, and Power Over Ethernet (PoE).

Adaptive LED Lighting Applications

Diodes Inc. Adaptive LED Lighting Applications are in high demand for vehicle lighting, including ambient mood lighting, illuminated sill plates, and puddle lighting, as relatively recent additions. Elegant lighting design, where effects like dimming and fade-in/fade-out are required, needs a dimmable device. The Diodes Inc. LED Drivers with switching regulators allow maximum overall efficiency with the highest degree of control and accuracy. Simple LED lighting solutions can be implemented with a series resistor.
