PVGA SMT Variable Gain Amplifier

Mini-Circuits PVGA SMT Variable Gain Amplifier is a GaAs pHEMT high-performance variable gain amplifier operating from a wide bandwidth of 0.4GHz to 12GHz. This surface-mount module offers 16dB gain, +30dBm output third-order intercept (OIP3), and +22dBm P1dB with 17dB typical return loss while operating from +6V and 77mA DC power. The amplifier gain is voltage adjustable over a 16dB dynamic range while keeping excellent input IP3. Mini-Circuits PVGA SMT Variable Gain Amplifier is RoHS compliant and has a small footprint to save space in dense layouts. Applications include test and measurement equipment, 5G MIMO and backhaul radio systems, as well as radar, EW, and ECM defense systems.
