Hybrid Connectors for Energy Storage

Phoenix Contact Hybrid Connectors combine a power and signal interface to offer an all-in-one solution for energy storage applications. These connectors provide reliable connections for power and signal contacts and a preassembled interface for fast and error-free installation in the field to save time. The connectors are designed to compensate for manufacturing and mounting tolerances, resulting in safe connections. Phoenix Contact Hybrid Connectors offer a 1000VDC voltage rating, up to 4 x 100A rated current, and an IP65/IP67 protection rating. These connectors withstand more than 100 insertion cycles.

HEAVYCON Connectors

Phoenix Contact HEAVYCON Connectors feature heavy-duty components that protect interfaces and ensure secure power, data, and signal transmission under the harshest conditions. The robust housings and matching contact inserts can be combined across series types to create the right plug-in connector for an application. The entire HEAVYCON product line consists of metal and plastic hoods and housings, contact inserts, cable glands, and accessories. The standard connectors are versatile with corrosion-resistant metal housing and single- or double-locking latches. The EVO products offer a flexible selectable cable outlet direction via swiveled bayonet locking. The HEAVYCON Advance series is robust without compromise and cost-effective with the direct mounting option. Phoenix Contact HEAVYCON Standard, EVO, Advanced, D7, and HPR series comprise the complete HEAVYCON solution. HEAVYCON Complete provides the right connector for every application.
